Well, i think there are a variety of reasons why there are not more lakeside restaurants.but a few reasons off the top of my head are.it has not been that long ago that lake wylie was considered out in the boonies.on the sc side we still have some blue laws in effect (in regard to alcohol).and lastly duke has the final approval on whether or not they will allow docks.
